Belladonna Cornwall is a local florist based in Saint Austell, Cornwall, offering bespoke floral arrangements for a wide range of occasions. The client needed a simple, elegant online presence that truly reflected her style and the personal, handcrafted nature of her work. Alongside her core floristry, she was also looking to expand her business by introducing new product lines including wreaths and alternative floral designs incorporating crystals. With a growing customer base and an expanding range of services, having the right digital foundation to support that growth had become essential.
Problem
Although Belladonna Cornwall had an established reputation locally, she lacked a cohesive brand identity and a website that could do justice to the full scope of what she offers. There was no central place where customers could explore her portfolio, browse products, or discover the events she creates flowers for. We developed a new Shopify website alongside a fresh brand identity. The new logo was designed to reflect the character and charm of the business. A more feminine, considered, and rooted in the natural beauty of Cornwall. The Shopify platform was chosen for its ease of use, allowing the client to manage her own products and inventory with confidence. Crucially, events functionality was integrated into the site so that customers could see examples of her event work alongside her retail products, giving a complete picture of what Belladonna Cornwall can offer.
